Your new role
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally
- Managing filing systems and updating internal databases
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Assisting with basic finance tasks such as invoicing or expense tracking
- Supporting colleagues with general administrative duties as needed
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this highly visible role, you must have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
