A respected charity based in central Edinburgh is seeking a capable and organised Administrator to support its busy office on a temporary basis. This is a friendly, fast‑paced environment where accuracy, efficiency and clear communication are essential.
Your new role
Responsibilities include:
- Managing inboxes, handling enquiries and directing information to the right people.
- Preparing documents, updating databases and maintaining accurate electronic records.
- Assisting colleagues with general admin tasks such as filing, data entry and producing reports.
- Liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders to provide clear, timely information.
- Ensuring all administrative processes are followed and supporting improvements where needed.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior administrative, coordination or planning role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence working with systems, data and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Clear, professional communication skills when working with a variety of stakeholders.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work independently.
