Assets Administrator, Belfast, £12.60 per hour, temp to perm opportunity

Your new role

As an Assets Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across planned and response teams. Your duties will include generating letters, preparing pro formas, updating spreadsheets, supporting project work, managing performance data, assisting with repairs desk activity, updating Aids & Adaptations and voids information, preparing tenant packs, supporting contract meetings, closing CRM notes, processing works orders, and compiling dashboard reports. You will also coordinate meetings, manage filing and GDPR compliance, prepare reports, assist with policy reviews, support contract management, and provide minute‑taking and diary support as required. This role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to work at the centre of service delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 2 years’ administration experience in a busy office environment and 5 GCSEs (including Maths & English), or 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience handling a high volume of calls and customer enquiries
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience of minute‑taking and preparing agendas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail and the ability to work professionally and confidentially
  • A proactive, customer‑focused attitude with the ability to remain calm when handling challenging conversations
