- Proactive and efficient diary management, including scheduling, and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and events
- Liaising confidently with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, including clients and their executive assistants
- Ad-hoc duties such as managing telephone calls, management of email systems, distribution of material and more.
