Your new role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Strategy and Innovation cluster. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll also assist with financial processes such as purchase orders, invoices, and expense reconciliation, as well as supporting budget reporting and governance activities. In addition, you’ll help coordinate papers for internal and external meetings and contribute to project workstreams across the team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to act with integrity and discretion at all times
