Personal Assistant, Belfast, Hybrid working, £13.06 per hour

Your new company

A Public Sector Organisation based in Belfast are recruiting for a temporary Personal Assistant to provide support to 2 members of the Senior Leadership Team.

Your new role

You will be responsible for providing an administrative support service to two members of the Senior Leadership Team.

Duties and responsibilities will include
  • Full word processing, spreadsheet and database service;
  • Dealing with telephone calls, emails and correspondence;
  • Managing Diaries and arranging meetings;
  • Taking minutes at various meetings;
  • Supporting events and meetings with setup arrangement and hospitality as required;
  • Providing hospitality as appropriate

What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above to include English Language;
  • Knowledge and practical experience of word processing, spreadsheets and databases;
  • At least one year’s experience of personal assistant/secretarial duties supporting senior management, gained within the last 5 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Highly Driven
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
