Your new role

Reporting to the team Manager, you will support the service by preparing documentation and collating information to help members prepare for meetings.
Main responsibilities
  1. Carrying out administrative preparation activities for the team, including:
  2. Preparing information sheets and attendance forms
  3. Collating case information, case records and other documentation
  4. Working to tight deadlines
  5. Ensure all activities and documentation are recorded and updated on the relevant database and systems
  6. Dealing with enquiries that must be dealt with in a professional, respectful and timely manner
  7. General administration
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience of working in a professional environment whilst performing various administrative duties.
