Your new role

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers using third-party invoicing platforms.
• Understand customer invoicing requirements and ensure alignment with internal processes.

• Identify opportunities to streamline invoicing processes and reduce manual effort.

• Generate regular reports on invoicing performance, discrepancies, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve invoicing efficiency.

• Basic understanding of invoicing and finance processes
• Demonstrate initiative, numeracy and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Commercial awareness
