Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Purchase ledger

Your new company

N.I’s leading property company are seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to strengthen the Finance team.

This is a newly created role due to business growth and will be integral to future growth plans.

The role would be ideal for a recent Finance Graduate or an experienced Finance Assistant who is seeking to progress their career.


Your new role

  • Posting sales invoices onto the system for all offices
  • Updating the lodgement and cheque books and reconciling back to the bank statements.
  • Credit control/debt management
  • Ability to use different software packages.
  • Posting and coding supplier invoices on to the accounting system
  • Bank reconciliations

What you'll need to succeed
  • Ideally, 1 years’ experience within an accounts function (sales ledger/credit control) or
  • Recent Graduate
  • The ability to work in an extremely busy office environment and with a proactive approach, using initiative.
  • Excellent Phone Manner
  • Strong IT skills and, in particular, in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel
