Role: Finance Manager (Fully Qualified Only)

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £60-65K

Company Itself: An exciting commercial property services business that is actively growing its portfolio of clients and businesses on a strong upwards trajectory.

Role Itself: This role will involve working closely with the Finance Director and Group Board to support the delivery of their organic and M&A growth targets.
The successful candidate will ideally have come from a Financial Accounting background and move towards Management Accounting / FP&A. This would suit a highly-ambitious individual who would excel in an environment that involves liaising with D and C-suite individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver monthly management packs

• - VAT / CIS / Corporation Tax returns and calculations
• - Looking after an established finance team
• - Involvement within Merger and Acquisition activities
• - Integrating companies from a statutory perspective.

Essential Experience:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with post-qualification experience (2-3 years).
• Commercial focused with M&A experience.

Desirable Experience:
