• Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payment runs, and reconciliations.
• Manage any rental arrears and rental guarantee insurance claim
• Manage separate deposit accounts and ensure they balance with TDS, a third party deposit protection scheme.
• Reconcile contractor payments for property repairs, maintenance, and services.
• Liaise with property managers to verify invoice approvals and ensure expenses align with property budgets.
• Track and process landlord payments where applicable, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
