As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced setting. Your duties will include:

- Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Handling payment runs and resolving queries
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
