Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes across multiple international entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes across multiple international entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume supplier invoices and employee expenses across global regions
- Ensure timely and accurate payments in multiple currencies
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline AP processes
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Support month-end closing activities and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years experience in an accounts payable or finance role, ideally in a multi-currency environment- Strong understanding of AP processes and financial controls
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- A team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset
