What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should bring proven experience in a similar finance-focused position, ideally within accounts receivable or credit control. A strong command of accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel and Word—is essential. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping are crucial, alongside excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated finance professional to join a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation in the midst of ongoing growth. You'll enjoy a competitive salary, gain valuable industry experience, and have the chance to fast-track your career within a business that places employee development at its core. The company is dedicated to cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment, where your success is genuinely prioritised.

Alongside a competitive remuneration package, the successful candidate will benefit from robust training and development initiatives, clear pathways for career advancement, and a strong, supportive team culture. The organisation embraces innovation and welcomes fresh ideas that drive continuous improvement. With a commitment to work-life balance, flexibility is built into the role—offering hybrid working arrangements and flexi time upon completion of a successful probation period.
