Your new role

  • You will assist the financial accountants and report to them.

  • In compliance with the organisation's financial schedule and internal control systems, you will generate reports and reconciliations that include, but are not limited to, purchase ledger accounts, credit card, bank, and other balance sheet accounts.
  • You will participate in the organisation's end-of-year audit procedures and compile and generate financial data for the planned internal auditing of operational services.
  • You will promptly reply to operational colleagues' requests for financial information when asked.
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Managing payments

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous retail financial experience would be beneficial.

  • Previous accounts payable experience required

What you'll get in return

  • Salary - £29,000 - £30,000
