ACA/ACCA Accounts Manager job in Norwich – Diverse Client Portfolio & Unlimited Progression

A progressive and well-established firm of Chartered Accountants is seeking a talented Accounts Manager to join their Norwich office.

This is a rare opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values integrity, excellence, and professional growth. You’ll manage a varied portfolio of clients—including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies—while collaborating closely with senior colleagues and Partners. The role offers exposure to a wide range of assignments, from annual accounts and corporation tax computations to ad-hoc forecasting and management accounts.

What We’re Looking For
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years’ experience in a senior accounts role within practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards
  • Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
  • Experience mentoring and reviewing junior staff
  • Proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working independently or in a team
  • Familiarity with Sage, QuickBooks Online, Xero (CaseWare a bonus)
