Graduate Account Manager, London, £32,000 (£70,000 OTE), Business Solutions, Immediate Start!

Our client, a fast-growing Office Solutions company whom have been established for the last 12 years (and already have over 1,200 returning clients!), are looking to recruit 2 x hungry, driven Graduates (with a minimum of 12 months' experience of working within a Sales capacity) to join their Central London team. Based in a modern office just off Regent Street, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate(s).
Our client essentially provide all of the equipment that makes offices tick - from printers and coffee machines to telecoms and furniture. They have built up an incredibly loyal customer base, and are looking to grow even further, capitalising on their excellent service and company reputation. The company currently employ 20 FTE, however are looking to grow further, and require the right candidates in order to do so. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a portfolio of 100-200 B2B client accounts, ensuring full satisfaction with company solutions
- Growing spend with existing clients through regular meetings/business reviews/cross-selling different solutions
- Working to sales/revenue targets
- Meeting a minimum of 5-10 clients (in person) on a weekly basis (all clients based in London)
- Pitching for potential new business with colder clients (10% of role is new business development)
- Offering an incredible service to all existing clients
In order to be considered for this position(s), it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- 1-2 years' experience of working in a target-driven Sales/Business Development/Account Management capacity
- Genuine desire to make a lot of additional money in commission
- Educated to degree level or similar
- Articulate, credible telephone manner
- Driven, hungry approach to work - attitude is key
- Fun, sociable personality
- Professional presentation (due to client-facing nature of the role)
Personality/attitude are the most important attributes to succeed, with only minimal sales experience necessary. Ideally, our client are looking for relatively recent Graduates with 1-2 years' sales experience, in order to mould/coach into Account Management/Sales superstars!
In addition to a fantastic basic salary, great working hours (Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm) and an amazing location, our client also offer the following:
- Hybrid working model - working from home every Friday!
- Incredible commission/bonus structure (expected bonuses in Year One: £25,000 - £40,000 on top of basic salary!)
- Bonuses paid monthly/quarterly/annually (lots of different routes to earn additional commission!)

I have personally viewed how the commission/bonuses are calculated, and can only stress just how much money can be made in this role - especially given the act that 90% of your communication will be with clients currently already buying from the business! One particular member of the team is earning over £80,000 a year (from the same basic), and your opportunity to earn additional commission is uncapped.
