We are partnering with a dynamic, global organisation with a strong presence in the UK and overseas. They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join their expanding finance team. Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Performing bank reconciliations and posting transactions
- Responding to accounting-related queries
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing credit control activities
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Competent user of Microsoft Office
- Experience using QuickBooks (desirable)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
