Systems Accountant – Short-Term Contract (8–12 Weeks) PR Industry
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking for a dynamic short-term opportunity in a fast-paced PR environment? We’re seeking a Systems Accountant to support our team for 8–12 weeks, driving financial efficiency and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with system implementation and integration to streamline financial operations
- Support process improvement initiatives, identifying ways to enhance efficiency
- Maintain accurate double-entry bookkeeping, ensuring compliance and precision
- Oversee daily financial transactions and reconciliations
- Provide financial support to internal teams, ensuring clarity and accuracy
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role within a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of Sage accounting software – hands-on expertise is essential.
- Background in system implementation and process optimisation
- Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
