Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of various property entities, including limited companies, sole traders, and trusts. Key duties include preparing and submitting VAT returns, managing rent income and expense records, producing quarterly management accounts and cashflow forecasts, and maintaining accurate customer and banking records.
