Accounts Assistant | Part-time Temporary Assignment | Immediate Start | Dundee | Competitive Hourly Rate

Hays is delighted to be recruiting a part-time account assistant to support a market-leading organisation within the finance team on an ongoing temporary basis.

Your new role

  • Process purchase and sales ledger invoices
  • Support month-end close activities
  • High volume invoice processing
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in accounts or finance assistant role
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work
