Your new company

I have partnered up with an industry leader in tiling and paving who have a great name within their market. Their stakeholders are Builders Merchants and Landscapers, they operate in both a B2B model and are expanding their sales team within the UK.

Your new role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will have two main responsibilities and these are to cultivate new business opportunities and to nurture existing accounts. Others include:

• You will ideally have experience selling into builders merchants/landscapers so you can build on new business opportunities.
• You will ideally have B2B experience within your current or previous position.
• Be keen to develop the sales team and eventually take over the commercial side of the business in the UK.
• Be driven to increase sales, create opportunity and grow an existing pipeline.

What you will get in return

• £45,000 - £60,000 salary plus £20,000 OTE on top.
