Field Sales Executive, £30,000 + Uncapped OTE, Dairy Solutions, Tewkesbury, Lots of Fun, Immediate Start!

Our client, a family-owned leader in the UK's Dairy industry for close to 100 years, are looking for 2 x sociable, enthusiastic candidates to join their new Field Sales project (there are 3 candidates in the team so far, all really enjoying and making great money!). Working across various locations across Gloucestershire, Shropshire and Herefordshire (you will be driven to each location daily), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate(s)!

Our client have been established for over 85 years, employ over 500 FTE and are a leader in their Dairy solution. They have an incredibly strong link to their local/neighbouring communities, and help to bring fresh, high-quality dairy products to customers' doorsteps. The company operate a very successful B2B model (with Sales Representatives working out of each of their 5 depots) and have always had an incredibly loyal B2C customer base. In order to continue their growth, they have recently invested in a new B2C Sales project, generating new customers across the local area(s). In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Promoting the company's doorstep delivery services directly to potential customers through doorstep canvassing, explaining offerings and building interest
- Working towards weekly sales targets
- Addressing any objections confidently in order to secure new customer deals
- Representing the company in the best possible light - sharing values, mission and commitment to quality

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Fun, sociable personality - ability to confidently engage with new people
- Ability to work independently and with a positive, can-do attitude
- Base level of physical fitness - this role is amazing for your step count!
- Full, clean UK driving licence (you and the team will be driven from the HQ to your designated area daily, however the pool car's driving duties will be shared!)

- Uncapped commission structure (current team individually earning an additional £400 - £1000 a month on top of basic salary!)
