Insurance Renewals Executive Account Manager | Permanent Role | Must have Insurance Experience

Leicester (Free On-Site Parkin)
£40,000 - £50,000 + Uncapped Commission & Bonus
Mon – Fri | 9am – 5pm (Work-Life Balance Guaranteed)

We are partnering with a premier, well-established insurance brokerage in Leicester who are looking for a Renewals Executive to join their growing team. This isn't just about processing paperwork; it’s about consultancy, client retention, and being the face of the business.

The Package:
  • Base Salary: £40k - £50k (Experience dependent).
  • Earnings: Strong commission structure + annual bonus scheme.
  • Time Off: 30 days (including bank holidays).
  • Growth: Ongoing funded training and professional development.
  • The Easy Life: Free on-site parking (no city centre stress!) and a solid pension.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll take full ownership of the renewal cycle for a diverse range of clients. You are the expert they trust to get it right.

  • End-to-End Management: Reviewing policies, preparing terms, and closing the renewal.
  • Consultative Selling: Discussing options with clients to ensure they have the right cover, not just the cheapest.
  • MTAs: Handling mid-term adjustments with speed and precision.
  • Retention: Proactively managing your pipeline to ensure no client slips through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who knows the insurance world inside out and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Insurance Experience: You’ve got a background in renewals or a similar technical insurance role.
  • You are a confident Acturis user (this is essential!).
  • Communication: You can build rapport with a CEO just as easily as a local tradesman.
  • Organisational Skills: You can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm when the "renewal season" hits.
Why This Company?
They are known in Leicester for having a "family feel" but with the backing of a major player. It’s a supportive, friendly office where the Directors actually know your name and your hard work is noticed.
