In this role you would work through Hays at one of the largest ambulance services in the company, providing telephone triage to members of the public calling into the 999 line from their centre in Crawley. The post holder will be responsible for the assessment of health and clinical needs, utilising professional clinical judgement, supported by decision support software. - 3 years of experience in emergency or urgent care, in nursing or as a paramedic

What you need to succeed in your new role as a Clinical Nurse Advisor:
- Be a fully qualified paramedic or RGN.
- Have a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience
- Have experience in an urgent, emergency, ambulance or rapid response care environment
- Have a flexible approach to working hours, and availability for a minimum of 20 hours a week
- Previous telephone triage experience is desirable, but full training is provided on the NHS 999 PaCCs system.
