Your new role
In this role, you'll take charge of exciting, fast-paced projects, from configuring and installing network hardware to setting up new users and delivering MS365 solutions. You'll also oversee data migrations and act as a key point of escalation for any 3rd line customer service requests. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your technical skills and make a real impact!
What you'll need to succeed
- Comprehensive technical expertise
- in the full stack of Microsoft Technologies, including Windows 10, Intune MDM, Active Directory, Azure, Security, and MS365.
- Proficient in both high-level and low-level solution design and implementation.
- Experience with Draytek (or similar) Unified Threat Management Systems and Firewalls.
- Skilled in configuring and managing UniFi (or similar) Wireless Access Points and Network Switches.
- In-depth understanding of network protocols, routing, subnets, and VLANs.
