What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Recent experience teaching in Key Stage One, ideally Year 2
- Confident behaviour management and a warm, consistent approach
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment expectations
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that support a range of learners
- Good communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude
- Reliability, organisation and a commitment to creating a calm, purposeful classroom
