Years 6 Teaching Assistant Job in Trafford

Your new school

I am currently working with a Primary School in Altrincham who are looking to recruit a Year 6 Teaching Assistant. The role will start after the October half-term, working on a full-time basis. This role has the potential to become permanent for the right Teaching Assistant.

Your new role

Are you a Level 2/3 qualified Teaching Assistant, with experience of working in primary schools?
Do you feel confident working with small groups, helping them to access the learning?
Are you able to manage behaviour by building positive relationships with children and using consistent positive reinforcement?
A dream Teaching Assistant position has opened up in a nurturing, successful Primary school in Altrincham, Trafford.
The school are looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant who can hit the ground running, supporting a high-energy KS2 Year 6 class.
You will be expected to lead small groups with guidance from the teacher, so experience of running intervention sessions confidently is desirable.
The successful candidate must have an inclusive and dedicated approach, as they will be working with a number of SEND children.
This golden opportunity is open to Level 2/3 Teaching Assistants only.
