Are you a passionate and experienced Year 6 Teacher looking for your next role in Exeter? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Exeter on a full-time basis with an immediate start.
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed Key Stage 2 Teacher (KS2) who is ready to take on full teaching responsibility, including planning, assessment, and preparing pupils for SATs.

About the Role
As a Year 6 Class Teacher, you will:
  • Take full responsibility for a Year 6 class
  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Support pupils in achieving their full academic potential, particularly in preparation for SATs
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and senior leadership
  • Monitor and track pupil progress effectively

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a qualified primary teacher who:
  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Has experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 6)
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
  • Has a clear understanding of SATs preparation and assessment
  • Is committed, reliable, and enthusiastic about teaching
  • Can quickly integrate into a new school setting
