Your new role

  • Teach a Year 6 class, delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Prepare pupils for SATs and ensure they are confident and ready for the next stage of their education.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and achievement.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
