Job Title: KS2 Teacher (Year 5 & Year 6)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Runcorn. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact across two classes:
- Year 6: 20 pupils
- Year 5: 8–10 pupils
You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils’ progress, and preparing them for the next stage of their education. Some pupils may have additional SEN needs, so experience in supporting diverse learning requirements is desirable. You will also be supported by an experienced Teaching Assistant to help ensure the best outcomes for your pupils.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Must be available Monday to Friday
- Proven experience teaching within KS2, ideally Years 5 and 6
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
- Full right to work in the UK
- Ability to inspire and motivate pupils
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN is advantageous
