Hays Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established primary school in Preston to recruit a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher for a full-time role starting immediately. Your new role

As the Year 4 class teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils. You’ll work closely with colleagues to support pupil progress, contribute to the wider school community, and uphold the school’s values. This role is full-time and will run for the academic year, with potential for extension or a permanent opportunity.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
  • A creative and reflective approach to teaching
  • Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
