We are delighted to be supporting a vibrant and forward-thinking Primary School located near Stratford-Upon-Avon, known for its inclusive ethos and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Year 3 team on a full-time basis, with the position running through to Christmas.

Your new role

  • Support pupils in Year 3 with their learning across reading, writing, phonics, and early maths

  • Provide 1-2-1 and small group support, adapting activities to suit individual learning needs

  • Help maintain a calm, organised, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behaviour and independence

  • Assist with preparing classroom resources, setting up activities, and creating engaging displays

  • Contribute to the wider school community through collaborative teamwork and participation in school events and activities

    What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience supporting children in a primary classroom, ideally within lower Key Stage 2

  • A calm, encouraging, and hands-on approach to guiding pupils through their learning journey

  • Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a flexible attitude to team working

  • Passionate about helping children grow in confidence, build friendships, and achieve their full potential

  • Able to commit to a full-time role from after half-term through to the end of the Autumn term
