Are you a passionate and skilled Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity in the Preston area? At Hays Education, I am working in partnership with a friendly and ambitious primary school in Preston who are seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team.

This role is ideal for a confident and creative teacher who can inspire pupils and deliver engaging learning experiences.

Your new role

As the appointed Year 3 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet KS2 curriculum objectives.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively
  • Work alongside a supportive staff team and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
  • Build strong and positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience advantageous)
  • Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
  • A commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing
  • A proactive and professional approach to teaching and learning
