Your new role

• Plan and deliver engaging Year 3 lessons that build curiosity and deepen understanding
• Support pupils’ transition into lower KS2 with well‑structured, progressive learning
• Differentiate and scaffold learning to ensure every child makes strong progress
• Promote independence and resilience in daily routines and learning tasks
• Work collaboratively with the KS2 team to share ideas and maintain consistency across the phase.

What you'll need to succeed

• QTS and experience teaching in KS2
• A passion for Year 3 curriculum development
• Strong behaviour management rooted in warmth and clarity
• A reflective practitioner who values teamwork and continuous improvement
