What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 3

• Strong classroom management and planning skills

• A nurturing approach and commitment to pupil progress

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
