Your new role

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey of your pupils, delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive classroom environment. You’ll be supported by a collaborative staff team and have access to excellent resources and ongoing professional development.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
  • Strong classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching
  • A commitment to raising standards and inspiring young learners
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
