Year 3 Teacher – Blackburn - Immediate Start

Are you a dedicated and inspiring Primary Teacher seeking a new opportunity in Blackburn? At Hays Education, I’m supporting a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Blackburn who are looking to appoint a committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced KS2 practitioner or an enthusiastic ECT who is passionate about delivering engaging, high-quality teaching.


Your new role


As the successful Year 3 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver stimulating lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
  • Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Track and assess pupil progress to ensure all learners achieve their potential
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community
  • Build strong, professional relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience within Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience beneficial)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A passion for raising attainment and creating engaging learning experiences
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
