Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding short‑term role within a welcoming village school? We are currently supporting a charming and community‑focused primary setting near Yeovil who are seeking a Year 3/4 Teacher from Easter until the end of the summer term.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a friendly, nurturing environment where the staff team is collaborative, supportive and committed to delivering high‑quality teaching and learning. The Role
- Teaching a mixed Year 3/4 class
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons
- Supporting progress across all ability levels
- Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Working closely with the wider team to maintain high standards of teaching and behaviour
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom management and a nurturing approach
- Ability to adapt quickly and build rapport with pupils
- A positive, collaborative teacher who enjoys working in a small school community
