Your new role

• Design creative and purposeful lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence
• Establish a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and motivated
• Deliver the lower KS2 curriculum with enthusiasm and flexibility to meet diverse learning needs
• Promote independence, respect, and responsibility through clear routines and expectations

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent KS2 experience, ideally in Years 3 or 4
• A solid understanding of the primary curriculum and effective planning/assessment strategies
• A caring, adaptable teaching style with strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Availability to start at the beginning of February and remain until the end of the academic year
