We are pleased to be working with an ambitious and thriving Primary School near Stratford-Upon-Avon, that fosters a rewarding and friendly atmosphere. The school places a strong emphasis on safety, diversity, and nurturing a love of learning. We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a year 1 class on a full-time basis, up until Christmas.

Your new role

• Support pupils with their learning across phonics, reading, writing and early maths

• Provide one-to-one and small group support, adapting activities to meet individuals' needs

• Help maintain a calm and organised classroom, encouraging positive behaviour and independence

• Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and resources

• Contribute to the wider life of school, including team collaboration and school events

What you'll need to succeed

• Recent experience working with children in a Primary School setting, ideally in Key Stage 1
• A patient and proactive approach to supporting young learners
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in helping children thrive academically and socially
• Availability to work full-time from after half-term until Christmas
