• Support children’s social & emotional development
• Implement Behavioural reward systems and incentives
• Foster positive relationships with children and teachers
• Support the teacher managing classroom behaviour

What you'll need to succeed

• DBS
• Full right to work in the UK
• Patience and Compassion
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant desirable
• Experience working with children, whether that be in a school, children’s youth clubs, brownies, cubs etc.
• Transferable skills
