Your new role

• Deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
• Support pupils as they transition from EYFS into more formal learning
• Use assessment effectively to track progress and tailor support
• Work closely with the KS1 team, support staff, and SLT
• Foster a classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS1 (placement experience considered)
• Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development
• A warm, positive approach and a genuine passion for teaching
• The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
