Your new role

• Deliver engaging and well‑structured lessons aligned with the Year 1 curriculum
• Create a classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and early literacy
• Work closely with the KS1 team to plan, assess, and support pupil progress
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS1, ideally Year 1
• A passion for early learning and phonics development
• Strong behaviour management and a warm, consistent approach
• Someone who brings energy, creativity, and a genuine love of teaching
