Leading real estate investment trust seeking multiple Project Coordinators to support a variety of projects.

Your new company

Hays have partnered exclusively with a global real estate investment trust to appoint 2 x Project Coordinators to initial 12-month contracts. Supporting a variety of projects (with one role particularly focused on change management), if you're a Project Coordinator with 2–5 years experience and an understanding of data centres and IT infrastructure, then we want to hear from you!

Role Details:
  • Rate: £350 - £400/day inside via Umbrella
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Length: 12-months + potential extension
  • Location: London (mostly remote, some travel to the office on occasion)

Your new role and what you'll need to succeed

As one of these Project Coordinators, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of a variety of complex projects (across data centre relocations and similar). You'll bring at least 2 years of experience supporting infrastructure project delivery, with knowledge of data centre environments an advantage. Your key duties and experience will include:

  • Collaborating with Project Managers to prepare and manage project schedules, documentation, status and reports across the portfolio

  • Engaging with and supporting key stakeholders through the various project phases, as well as participating in project meetings and preparing status updates for project sponsor/s and SteerCo.

  • Strong communication skills, with a proactive and positive attitude alongside adaptability within a dynamic environment.

  • Experience within change management frameworks will be very highly regarded, as one of these roles will have a core focus on change.
