Your new company

You’ll be joining a well-established, international organisation operating within the mobility and fleet solutions space. The business is currently going through a large-scale transformation programme, introducing new systems, tools, and ways of working across the organisation, creating an exciting and fast-paced environment for IT professionals.

Your new role

As a Workplace Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting a major IT transformation programme, helping to deliver a smooth transition to new platforms, systems, and user environments.

This is a highly visible, office-based role where you will provide hands-on end-user support, helping colleagues adapt to new technologies and ways of working. You’ll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring a positive user experience throughout the migration and beyond.

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day desktop and workplace support, logging and managing issues, and ensuring users are fully supported and enabled to work effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
  • Previous experience in a desktop support / workplace support role
  • Strong end-user support and engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
  • Experience logging and managing support requests and workload
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work across teams and support wider business functions
Desirable:
  • Experience working within change or migration programmes
  • Experience supporting large user bases in office environments
