Your new company

This multinational property corporation in London is recruiting for a Transportation Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is a 6-month temporary role and is looking at starting on an immediate placement. This role is a full-time position at 40 hours per week, with all 5 days required onsite.

Your new role

Operating within the Transport division, the purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective coordination of the ground transportation program, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy. The duties of this role will include:
  • Supporting the program in a strategic manner, including collaboration with teams, aligning with policies and assisting with the development and rollout of initiatives.
  • Acting as a point of contact for partners and vendors, providing excellent service and addressing issues when relevant.
  • Supporting with compliance reporting and helping improve the performance of services in line with sustainability.
  • Engaging and communicating with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Ensuring operational excellence and maintaining a high standard of service.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate travel, ground transportation and/or vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance and emissions reporting preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
