Our client is a forward-thinking provider of legal services with offices across England. They are currently recruiting for a Wills and Estate Planning Paralegal with existing experience in the field to join on a largely home-working basis. A competitive salary and benefits package are available and negotiable dependent on experience.

Your new role
This Wills and Estate Planning Paralegal role will see you:

• Draft and prepare wills of varying complexity, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents, ensuring all materials are precise, comprehensive, and professionally presented.
• Liaise effectively with clients and external stakeholders through both verbal and written communication at all stages of each case.
• Oversee and manage an active caseload, coordinating with relevant parties to facilitate timely and successful case resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and correspondence within internal systems, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in drafting wills and offering tailored advice on estate planning matters.
• Previous experience managing your own caseload.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to building positive client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
