Your new role
This Wills and Estate Planning Paralegal role will see you:
- Draft and prepare wills of varying complexity, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents, ensuring all materials are precise, comprehensive, and professionally presented.
- Liaise effectively with clients and external stakeholders through both verbal and written communication at all stages of each case.
- Oversee and manage an active caseload, coordinating with relevant parties to facilitate timely and successful case resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and correspondence within internal systems, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in drafting wills and offering tailored advice on estate planning matters.
- Previous experience managing your own caseload.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to building positive client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
