Website Optimisation Manager

Your new role

• Lead the Vision: Define and deliver a clear, data-driven strategy for SEO and CRO that aligns with our broader marketing and business goals.
• Optimise User Experience: Continuously refine site structure, content, and application flows to maximise engagement and conversion.
• Experiment Relentlessly: Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, using insights to inform future improvements and build a robust optimisation knowledge base.
• Collaborate & Influence: Manage relationships with external SEO and digital agencies, and work closely with internal teams to amplify the impact of paid and organic traffic.
• Track & Report: Monitor key performance indicators, turning data into actionable insights and clear reporting for stakeholders.
• Mentor & Develop: Support and guide a Marketing Executive, helping them grow their skills and contribute to team success.

What you'll need to succeed

• Deep expertise in SEO, CRO, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, GSC, GTM, SEMrush, Convert, VWO, Clarity
• A track record of building, launching and optimising websites using a platform like Webflow

Additional

• Basic salary - £35,000 to £40,000 per annum DOE
• Hybrid working - 3 days onsite and 2 days from home. (Onsite Mon/Tues/Weds) - Early finish friday.

• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
