Water Technician working across Surrey and North London

Role: Water Technician
Hours: 40 Hours (Monday–Friday)
Location: Horley (Mobile with travel across the London Region)
Salary: £32,000- £35,000 (plus Company Van)

Your new role

  • Conduct closed‑system chemical testing and sampling.
  • Carry out chlorine dioxide monitoring
  • Undertake domestic water sampling and temperature monitoring.
  • Perform cold‑water storage tank inspections.
  • Complete shower descaling.
  • Deliver additional Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks relating to Legionella control.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date water compliance logbooks in line with regulations, guidelines, and company policy.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in compliance servicing, Legionella monitoring, or water treatment.
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of closed‑system water testing (essential).
  • Experience in cooling‑water analysis (desirable but not essential).
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
  • Basic IT literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time‑management skills.
  • A proactive, detail‑focused approach to work.
